It is in this spirit that we enable clients to work with one of our designers to develop virtually any sort of custom door hardware, cabinet hardware, window hardware, or architectural metal that they can imagine with a level of design flexibility, control, reliability and craftsmanship not seen in any other custom hardware manufacturer. 

Working with one of our custom hardware designers, clients can create their own design and pattern, select an appropriate metal and finish for their project, and we will manufacture it by mixing our signature lost-wax casting process with the absolute latest in green technology. Our modern foundry and atelier, located in the New York Hudson Valley, provides clients the ability to go from design to product in weeks – if not days – versus months because of our unique, state-of-the-art approach to designing the most luxurious custom hardware in the world.

With advances in 3D modeling, rapid prototyping, computer-aided design and manufacturing matched with our handcraft artisan approach to designing hardware, clients are able to benefit from fast-execution and design flexibility without losing the exquisite detail-work only seen in handmade architectural hardware.

Our unique manufacturing process happens in five stages:

1)    Designing the hardware with you
2)    Making the mold
3)    Lost-wax casting or investment casting
4)    Machining, and
5)    Finishing

Most hardware manufacturers outsource at least one of these steps, but we manufacture everything in-house, end-to-end in our eco-friendly foundry and atelier to ensure unparalleled quality control, design and manufacturing.
